I read a lot of books every year. This one struck a chord with me. Tony Fadell explains things in a way that is easily relatable, and easy to understand.
I really enjoyed the sections on Management and the various categories of assholes. I thought of people immediately for each category. He also has a similar thought process on hiring rock stars and timeboxing tasks as me.
